Transparent Labs, creator engine
Ten creators, one claims sheet
A first roster for Transparent Labs: seven videos per creator per week, paid on output, every line checked against the claims sheet.
- creators live by week six

- creator videos a month at the full roster
- 303
- weeks from the first creator to the full roster

One scoop of Milk Chocolate whey, one honest read
Illustrative: a creator mixes a scoop on camera, then reads the label line to the lens: 28g of clean, grass-fed whey protein isolate with no artificial additives.

At a glance
| Roster | Ten creators live by week 10 | Two creators go live each week on the ramp, six weeks from the first brief to the full roster. |
|---|---|---|
| Who | Lifters and gym-goers, six personas | Matched to Lean Pre-Workout, Protein Coffee, Mass Gainer and Daily Fiber. |
| Production | 7 videos per creator per week | 303 videos a month at 10 creators. Losers killed early, winners go into the hook library. |
| Pay | Three bands, base pay $300 to $800 | Caps run from $600 to $1,500 (Proposed). Starter, Standard and Premium. |
| Bonus | Bonus at the cap, $50 past 100,000 views | Starter $300, Standard $500, Premium $700 at the cap. One $50 views bonus per creator a month. |
| Compliance | Claims sheet copied from the site | Creators quote approved lines only. Every draft goes to the brand lead before it posts. |
| Category rule | No health outcomes, brand wording only | Creators repeat Transparent Labs' own lines and disclose the partnership in the first line. |
| Goal | $1 per 1,000 views (Proposed) | The simulator starts at $5.74, so the first three months are about closing that gap. |
| Report | Every Monday | Views, cost per 1,000 views against $1, winning hooks, drafts sent back. |
| Decision | Two sign-offs to start | The claims sheet and the $15,000 monthly ceiling (Proposed). Then the first two creators get briefed. |

Why I can run this
Former COO of Tabs. I built its creator program to 100M monthly social impressions, and the paid ad engine alongside it. The numbers below come from videos that program produced.
Same playbook as at Tabs: a creator roster, one hook library, paid ads that scale the winners. The category is new: supplements. I have not run this category, so the claims sheet and the supplement rules come first, and Transparent Labs signs off on every line.

Why Transparent Labs
49
Grass-Fed Protein Shake reviews
The shake shows 49 reviews at 4.90 out of five on its product page. Real buyers exist, so creators have something true to point at.
Published344
Vitality reviews
Vitality Testosterone Support shows 344 reviews at 4.76 out of five. Creators may point to it only where the brand lead approves.
Published$99
Free shipping threshold
Orders in the US over $99 ship free. A creator can show a basket that crosses it, not only one tub.
Published10%
Subscribe and save
Subscribers save 10% and get free shipping. A creator video can end on that offer.

How we work
One number to protect
Cost per 1,000 views. The target is $1 (Proposed). The simulator starts at $5.74, so every test asks what closes that gap.
Seven videos a week, losers killed early
Each creator posts 7 videos a week, 303 a month at 10 creators. One variable per test: the hook, the shot or the product. Losers die in the first week.
Claims sheet before camera
Creators quote lines copied from the Transparent Labs site and nothing else. Anything outside the sheet goes to the brand lead first, in the claims channel.
Pay for output, bonus for results
Base pay covers the work. The bonus triggers at the cap, plus $50 flat for a video past 100,000 views, once per creator a month.

#briefs
Briefs, drafts, reviews and the weekly numbers
DanaMon 8:30 AM
This week's brief: Lean Pre-Workout as a pre-gym routine. Mix 1 full scoop with 10 to 12 oz of water on camera. One variable: your first line. Seven videos, drafts due Thursday.
TessaMon 11:15 AM
Can I say Bulk Pre-Workout builds muscle?
Use the sheet line: Comprehensive muscle-building pre-workout formula. Attribute it to the brand and promise no results.
Weekly botAppMon 6:00 PM
Report posted: views by creator, cost per 1,000 views against the $1 target, three winning hooks, two drafts sent back.
DanaWed 2:10 PM
Draft sent back: the fat-loss line has to go. Reshoot the hook with the Bulk Black label in frame and read only the sheet.
Understood. Reshooting tonight with the label front and center.
MarcusFri 4:45 PM
My Protein Coffee morning video just passed 100,000 views. All organic. Anything I should do before posting the next one?
DanaFri 5:10 PM
Quick check on your outro: US orders over $99 ship free, so say it only for US viewers. Grass-Fed Protein Shake is US only.
The messages illustrate the working channel, with invented people: briefs go out on Monday, claims questions get an answer the same day, and nothing posts without the check.
Part 5 of 15
Five formats

Brief 01
Protein Coffee morning swap
“Iced latte, but it's my protein for the morning.”
Make the iced latte at the counter in one take. End with the tub and the $39.99 price on screen.

Brief 02
Lean Pre-Workout mix-and-go
“Watch me mix this before I train.”
Mix 1 full scoop with 10 to 12 oz of water on camera, then cut to the gym floor. Label stays in frame.

Brief 03
Bulk Black label read
“I read the whole label before I scoop this.”
Hold the Black Cherry tub to the lens, scroll the label line by line, then mix 1 full scoop.

Brief 04
Daily Fiber routine
“Same scoop every day. Here's my routine.”
Morning routine in one shot: scoop, stir, drink. Keep the label readable and the claims on the sheet.

Brief 05
Mass Gainer donut shake
“A chocolate glaze donut that's actually my shake.”
Blend the Chocolate Glaze Donut Mass Gainer in a shaker, pour it, show the texture, end on the label.
Every product line in a video comes off the claims sheet word for word, for example “28g of clean, grass-fed whey protein isolate with no artificial additives.”, “Ultra-clean whole-food protein bar with 15+ grams of protein.”, “Premium grass-fed protein shake. High protein, low calorie, no junk. US Only.”. Product names are said as printed.
Part 6 of 15
Recruiting
Four sources in
Existing buyers and reviewers
Grass-Fed Protein Shake has 49 reviews and Vitality has 344. We ask the brand lead to invite reviewers who already like the products to apply.
Affiliate or ambassador page
I did not find an affiliate or ambassador page on the site, so there is no existing roster to inherit. We start with a short application.
Lifting and gym communities
Creators who already film training sessions, protein shakes and pre-workout routines, found by hand search and checked against the five filters.
Recipe and morning-routine creators
Protein Pancakes, Protein Coffee and Mass Gainer fit kitchen creators whose audience cooks and drinks protein, not only trains.
Five filters, fewer each step
1Real training on camera
Their feed shows actual sessions, not stock gym footage.
2Reads labels out loud
They show supplement panels and doses without being asked.
3Clean disclosure habit
Past partnerships were tagged in the first line.
4Fits one persona
One of the six personas and one Transparent Labs product.
5Takes edits well
A sample draft gets reshot without argument.
Part 7 of 15

Label reader
Explains what is on a supplement panel in plain words.
Likely product: Grass-Fed Protein Shake

Likely product: Daily Fiber
Left off, every time
Always left out: minors, anyone who promises health outcomes or medical results, anyone who compares Transparent Labs to other brands by name, and anyone who will not disclose the partnership. Category rule: supplement posts repeat only the brand's own wording.
Part 8 of 15

Part 9 of 15
Claims sheet
Approved, word for word
Quoted exactly as the brand publishes it.
“28g of clean, grass-fed whey protein isolate with no artificial additives.”
Whey protein videos and the Milk Chocolate whey hero shot.
“Ultra-clean whole-food protein bar with 15+ grams of protein.”
Protein bar snack and gym-bag videos.

“Whole food-based mass gainer with high-quality protein and clean carbs.”
Mass Gainer donut shake format.
“Orders in the US over $99 ship free.”
Outros for US viewers only.
“100% formula transparency with science-backed ingredients at clinically tested dosages”
Label-reader videos, attributed to Transparent Labs.
Never said
Each one with the reason it stays out.
It burns fat fast.
A health outcome, not on the claims sheet.
It fixes low testosterone.
A medical outcome. Only the brand's own wording is allowed, attributed to the brand.
Better than any other protein on the market.
Comparisons to other brands are never allowed.
Safe for kids.
Content speaks to adults; the sheet carries no kids claim.
You will gain muscle in weeks.
Promises a result; the sheet does not.
Doctor approved.
Nothing on the site supports it.
Free shipping everywhere.
The site says orders in the US over $99 ship free.
To confirm with the brand
Held until someone on the brand side signs off.
Can creators quote the review counts shown on the product pages?
Counts move. The brand lead confirms which number is current.
Can creators quote the clinically tested dosages line on any product?
The line sits in the site description. The brand lead confirms which products it covers.
Part 10 of 15
Pay and bonus
Starter
$300–600
a month, by band
Starter: a newer creator filming Lean Pre-Workout scoops; the lower cap limits early risk.
Bonus at the cap: $300
Standard
$500–1,000
a month, by band
Standard: steady output on Grass-Fed Protein Shake or pre-workout content.
Bonus at the cap: $500
Premium
$800–1,500
a month, by band
Premium: top performers whose Bulk Black hooks already travel; same claims sheet.
Bonus at the cap: $700
Under 100,000 views
$0
The base pay covers the work.
+$50 flat
Whatever the band.
Top-up to your cap
Bonus = band cap − base pay.
- One bonus per creator a month, paid when earnings reach the creator's cap.
- The $50 flat bonus is per video: one video that passes 100,000 views.
- Organic views only. Paid boosts of a video never count toward the bonus.
- No bonus on a video that broke the claims sheet or the supplement rule.
Starter: $600 cap − $300 fee = $300 bonus; Standard: $1,000 cap − $500 fee = $500 bonus; Premium: $1,500 cap − $800 fee = $700 bonus.
The bonus pays for reach after the work is done, never instead of it. One bonus per creator per calendar month keeps it an incentive and keeps the program cost predictable.
Part 11 of 15
Simulator
At ten creators the simulator lands at $5.74 per 1,000 views against the $1 target. To close it, 4.2% of videos go viral or the median video reaches 21,711 views.

Above the $1 target at these inputs.
To hit $1, the roster needs about 10.1M views a month. That means about 4.2% of videos going viral, or a median near 22K views per video. That is why the day-90 gate exists: keep the accounts that clear it, replace the rest.
Proposed, not measured. Views = videos × median, breakouts at 10× the median, viral at 750K. Bonus: +$50 for a viral video, one per creator per month.
Part 11 of 15, continued
What moves the result
| If the median is | Views / month | Monthly cost | Cost / 1K | Hits target |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 750 | 1.4M | $10,050 | $6.96 | No |
| 1,500 | 1.8M | $10,050 | $5.74 | No |
| 3,000 | 2.4M | $10,050 | $4.24 | No |
| If the viral share is | Views / month | Monthly cost | Cost / 1K | Hits target |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 0.3% | 1.2M | $10,000 | $8.44 | No |
| 0.5% | 1.8M | $10,050 | $5.74 | No |
| 1% | 2.9M | $10,150 | $3.52 | No |
The math. Videos a month = 10 creators × 7 a week × 52 ÷ 12 = 303. Views per video = (1 − 4% − 0.5%) × 1,500 + 4% × 10 × 1,500 + 0.5% × 750,000 = 5,782.5; 303 videos × 5,782.5 = 1.8M views a month. Cost = 10 × $1,000 = $10,000 base + 1 bonus × $50 = $10,050. Cost per 1,000 views = $10,050 ÷ 1.8M × 1,000 = $5.74 against a $1.00 target. To hit the target, either 4.2% of videos go viral or the median video reaches 21,711 views, other inputs held.
Move the sliders and the label recalculates. The result is only as good as the guesses behind it, so the median views, the share of breakouts and the share of viral videos are marked as Assumptions until the first month of posts replaces them.

Warm-up
Two creators a week
Creators live by week: 0, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10. Claims sheet first, then the Lean Pre-Workout brief.
Month 1
Full volume, one variable
Ten creators at 7 videos a week, 303 a month. One variable per test, losers killed early, first hooks into the library.
Month 2
Feed the winners
Protein Coffee and Lean Pre-Workout winners get more briefs. Creators whose hooks travel move up a pay band.
Month 3
Check against $1
Cost per 1,000 views is reviewed against the $1 target. Top hooks move toward paid ads, with the brand's approval.
Day 90
Keep, cut or change
Review views, cost per 1,000 views, bonuses paid and who stays. Decide which of the five formats earn another quarter.
Ceiling
Monthly cap on spend
All 10 creators at the top cap, bonuses excluded, is $15,000 (Proposed). It is the number the brand never exceeds.
$15,000 Monthly ceiling, all 10 creators at the top cap, bonuses excluded Proposed
The roster grows by two creators a week, so hook performance can be read week over week instead of by anecdote.

Organic to paid
From organic to paid
Pick the winners
Each Monday the top hooks by views go on a shortlist, using the cost per 1,000 views against the $1 target.
Get written approval
The creator and the brand lead both approve the clip for paid use, claims sheet checked again.
Run it as an ad
The clip runs as the creator posted it, with its own hook as the first line and the offer in the outro.
Iterate the hook
Winning hooks feed the next brief: same product, one new first line, the next test.
From the video to the checkout
- Link to the product page where the price shows, for example Grass-Fed Protein Shake at $49.99.
- Mention that orders in the US over $99 ship free, for US viewers only.
- Point subscribers to Save 10% + FREE Shipping on any product subscription.
- Add Protein Pancakes at $19.99 or the TL Shaker Bottle at $14.99 to help a basket cross $99.
- Grass-Fed Protein Shake is US only, so non-US viewers go to a different product.
Part 15 of 15
Supplement rules
Supplement rules for every creator
Transparent Labs sells supplements, so the claims sheet and these six rules sit above any hook, format or bonus. A video that breaks one earns no bonus and gets reshot.
Brand wording only on health
Creators repeat the brand's own lines, attributed to Transparent Labs. They add no outcome, no before-and-after and no medical advice.
Disclose in the first line
Every post says it is a paid partnership with Transparent Labs in the first line of the caption and again on screen.
Respect the caffeine line
Lean Pre-Workout carries caffeine and the label warns about restlessness within 5 hours of bedtime. Creators read the warning, never push late-night use.
Show the directions as written
Show 1 full scoop with 10 to 12 oz of water. For Bulk Pre-Workout beginners, half a scoop with 6 to 8 oz of water, as the label says.
No comparisons, no kids
No comparison to other brands by name. No content aimed at minors; creators speak to adults, and the $15,000 ceiling never buys an exception.
Offers stay accurate
Free shipping is for US orders over $99. Subscribers save 10%. Anything else about prices or offers goes to the brand lead before it posts.
The brand’s legal team sets the final rules. This is the operating floor I’d start from, not legal advice.
